Are South East Asian Economies Moving Towards Circularity?

Transition from linear to a circular economy requires concerted policy and regulatory actions from both public and private sector. In this session, we would first try to understand (1) how circular are SE Asian economies? and (2) Understand if there is a policy shift in SE Asian economies that would enable them to transition to a more circular economy.
